Apari Group LLC operates two ultra-modern warehouse facilities in strategically optimal locations, ensuring full coverage of the Georgian market. Both locations are equipped with the latest warehousing technologies and meet international standards for storing our products.

Warehouse #1

Main warehouse, with comprehensive capacity for all our product categories, from electrical appliances to household appliances. Equipped with modern warehouse management systems and picking zones.

Warehouse #1 is our main distribution center, with maximum capacity for a large number of complex products. Warehouse #2 serves as a strategic base for rapid delivery and local distribution.

Additional warehouse for rapid availability and regional distribution. Focus on high-throughput products and time-critical delivery services for strategic wholesale customers.


Both warehouses are equipped with comprehensive security systems, including 24/7 monitoring, fire protection systems and access control. Climate-controlled warehouses provide optimal conditions for all product categories. Our digital Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides real-time inventory visibility and efficient picking processes with an accuracy of over 99.8%. Regular stocking and quality control ensure the integrity of all stored products.

Warehouse #1 is the heart of our logistics operations and was specially designed to meet the needs of Bosch Wholesale. Its strategic location ensures quick access to all major transport routes and optimal availability for suppliers and customers. With a processing capacity of 500 pallets per day, we can easily manage peak loads. The warehouse has separate areas for receiving, quality control, order picking and shipping, ensuring smooth processes. Our experienced warehouse team works in multiple shifts to ensure maximum availability and fast order processing.

Warehouse #2 focuses on high-throughput products and frequently requested Bosch products to minimize delivery times for strategic customers. The compact range ensures fast selection and immediate availability of key products.

Regional proximity

Strategic positioning in different parts of the city ensures optimal coverage of regional markets and reduces transportation times for key wholesale customers. Same-day delivery is available for selected customers.

Flexible capacity

Despite its compact size, Warehouse #2 offers sufficient capacity to store strategic product categories through optimized space utilization and modern shelving systems, and can be quickly expanded if necessary.


Warehouse #2 is a significant addition to our main warehouse, allowing us to implement a geographically diversified warehousing strategy. This facility is particularly important for supplying online stores and retail chains that require short delivery times. By distributing inventory across two locations, we also reduce risks and increase the reliability of our logistics system. The warehouse is equipped with the same quality and safety standards as warehouse #1 and is centrally managed via the same WMS. Daily stock reconciliation between the two warehouses ensures optimal availability and allows flexible transfers based on customer demand. Its compact size ensures particularly efficient processes over short distances and fast order processing.

Our differentiated distribution concept takes into account the specific requirements of different customer types and combines internal logistics with customer-oriented distribution. Through this hybrid strategy, we optimize costs, delivery times and service quality for all business areas.

20% of deliveries to Tbilisi warehouses are carried out by Apari Group. 80% are picked up or arranged by customers themselves.

E-commerce model

Online retailers carry out full logistics from our warehouse to the end user. We offer optimized transfer processes, fast order pickup and flexible pickup times.

Integration with common e-commerce platforms allows for automated order reconciliation and real-time inventory information. Average delivery time: less than 2 hours from order receipt.

Retail Distribution

A flexible combination of internal logistics (20%) and customer-organized transportation (80%). Our transportation operations focus on large deliveries to central warehouses of retail chains in Tbilisi, while small and urgent deliveries are carried out by customers themselves. Predictable delivery times and advance notice ensure smooth operations at loading docks.

Full-service construction support

Full support for construction companies with 100% internal transportation responsibility through Apari Group. Delivery directly to the construction site, even in remote regions of Georgia. On-time delivery in accordance with the progress of construction, if necessary, unloading assistance and

Special packaging for construction site conditions. Our construction site services also include urgent delivery and express transportation in case of urgent project requirements.


This differentiated distribution strategy optimizes the cost structure for all parties involved: online stores benefit from flexible pickup options without waiting times, retail chains can optimally utilize their own logistics through an 80/20 distribution, and construction companies receive a full service without incurring their own logistics costs. For all customer groups, we offer tracking functionality, proactive delivery notifications and dedicated customer service for logistics requirements. Our fleet consists of 12 of our own delivery vehicles of various sizes, as well as partnerships with leading logistics providers for special requirements.
